The Only World-Class Race to Paddle
Lake Michigan and the Shores of Chicago

The Chicago Shoreline Marathon 2-Beach Race is a 8 mile race from Leone Beach  to Gillson Park Beach in Wilmette then returning to Leone Beach.

All 2-Beach Race competitors will start at 11:00 AM at Leone Beach.

The Gillson Park Beach check-in requires competitors to land their craft and check in with a designated beach official.

Water will be available at the beach stop. Official's boats and marker buoys will be strategically positioned along the course. Competitors will be expected to pass on the shore-side of Official's boats and buoys. Competitors will need to pass close enough to any Official's boat for their number to be seen and any communication to be passed from Official's boat to competitor.

NOTE: Failure to  complete the 2-Beach Race by 4:00 PM will result in disqualification.
